Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your FixMyVehicle account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the FixMyVehicle app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile (or Settings).
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message, then tap Confirm Delete.

Your account is signed out immediately and your deletion request is processed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email or phone

If you can't access the app, contact us from the email address or phone number registered on your account:

We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and sign-in details (name, email address, phone number).
  • Saved vehicle details, preferences and booking contact information.
  • Any messages and enquiries tied to your account.

What we may keep

Records we are legally or financially required to keep — such as invoices, payment records and completed repair or service history — are retained for the period the law requires and are then removed. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. We do not use retained records for marketing.
